Tentesol, is a brand of pyrolytic (hard) coated reflective solar control glass and obtained by coating blend of various metal oxides on the
colorless or colored glass in the production process of the Trakya Cam's float line.
Mechanical and chemical resistance of the coating is higher.
Silver, green and blue colors are available.
Because of reflective properties,,when viewed from the side of strong light,it creates a mirror effect.For instance,it provides one-way
view from inside to outside in day time,on the contrary,one-way view occurs from outside to inside at night.
İmage integrity is provided with help of reflective proporties in curtain sided buildings by hiding the elements of structure such as
columns,beams,parapet wall,suspended ceiling and installation space.
Tentesol and solar control
Coated surface may be used in the inner way (#2) or in the out way(#1).If the coating is outside,The reflective comes into prominence.If the
coating is inside,The color comes into prominence.As it protects the solar heat input,it saves on cooling cost.
if the coating is used in the out way,The contamination will be recognized more easily on the reflective surfaces.Glass may be needed cleaning more frequently as depending on air pollution and the amount of dust in the atmosphere.So, it is recommended that the coating should be used in the inner way. As a single glass may be used.Mild detergent and soft cloth should be used for the cleaning.Users should be avoided using abrasive substances on the coated surfaces.So,it is recommended to use within Isıcam®.
Isıcam® may be used with colorless float glass or temparature control coated glass within insulating glass unit.It can be tempered,curved and laminated.It can make respressed to coated surface by enamel paints.
In all solar control glass has the risk of heat fracture.So,Tentesol series of solar control glass are recommended to use tempered or
partially tempered.
